I am offering for sale, my beloved DexterBlog.com … I have owned the domain since 2007 and it was fully developed late 2010. I listed it recently for sale on a few domain and site showcase sites online, originally for $4400. That figure is based on what all went into developing it, along with it’s traffic, SEO, PR3 Page Rank, and all the extras that come with it, along with the desirable domain name itself.
This site has been my pet project for some time, my “baby”, because I am such a longtime huge fan of this amazing TV show. I am a designer by trade and the past several months have had me so immersed in my working projects, that I have not had the time to put into this website the way I would like to. I want to make sure this site goes to someone who’s as passionate about Dexter as I am, and who will give it the Dexter loving care it deserves. Traffic
- October 2011: the site had 14,000+ unique visitors
- November 2011: the site had 10,000+ unique visitors
- December 2011: the site has had 20,000+ unique visitors and counting
Most of the visits come from organic Google search traffic. It also gets traffic from YouTube, and Yahoo Answers. The traffic the site receives is already very good, considering the site has not been updated in some time. I’ve no doubt that would go even higher once the new owner is actively keeping it going.
